Add the Electron builds to releases

I would like to play Bitburner on my computer using the packaged executable, but I cannot get Steam. Could you please include the packaged version of Bitburner in the releases?

We should do this, but for reference there's very little difference between playing in Election and playing in Chrome.

The Electron builds are gigantic compared to the game itself, and require 3 different zips to be uploaded for Windows / Mac / Linux, ~120MB each for the Windows/Linux versions and ~300MB for the mac version. That was the main reason I've just been providing the game itself and not Electron alongside it.

I'll give it a shot next time and see if there are any issues.
