Currently, we are using a general purpose Ai chat, which is good however, there is much to clean and do in the UI.

- Chat sidebar implemented to track conversations: This can be the bounties in discussion with Ai and employee/employer
- Minimize chat hub: Reduce size to have more space for crucial information like the bounty list and CTAs for navigation and Ai actions.
