chore: bump MSRV to 1.85.0 #22
Description
Update MSRV (Minimum Supported Rust Version) to 1.85 with rust edition 2024.
The zerotrie v0.2.2 dependency requires Rust 1.82 or newer, which was incompatible with our previous MSRV of 1.63.0.
