The percentage shown above this message frequently starts from 0% again and again, the highest number I have seen was like 29%. I had this open now for roughly 24 hours, I dont think it will finish at all...
My "ledgers" csv file from bitfinex has only ~1 million entries, so surely more than average, but not really much that would justify so long of processing time.

How does this software deal with the horrible ledger data from finex?
Ledgers do not have any identifer to know which ones belong together and form a trade. The timestamp might be identical, but also can be different by several minutes!
You can use the "trades" data instead, but the ledger file is the one that reflects the actual data on bitfinex. the data in trades is often slightly different from ledger, eg. different price or different fee amount! So by only using trades, you will get a wrong result. By using only ledger you will get the correct balance after calculation (only at the end, the balance in between is totally out of order in the ledger file!), but you can not reproduce the trades correctly. And you can not even match the trades data with the ledger data, because of the missing idenftifer. Matching them by timestamp or price does not work, since these can be different in both files (or multiple matches)!
