Heartbeat Event Not Exposed

The heartbeat event is consumed but not exposed to the client. This library effectively sits between Bitfinex and the application, and the application can't get heartbeat messages.

If intended, why is that? If not, please fix.

Maybe it would be better if connection management stayed within the library, so that most users can focus on their trading logic or strategies instead of low-level WebSocket handling.

Also, the heartbeat messages actually appear when logging is set to the DEBUG level — so they’re visible internally, just not emitted as client events.
