Automatically sync when collections are (un)checked

Similar to #851, can probably addressed in the same PR.

Could we add two methods for the repository: updateReadOnly and updateSyncable which have listeners, and add listeners that enqueue a sync in a few seconds when they're called?

Alternatively we could do that in the UI.
