Make property surfaceId available to Feedbacks

When using multiple surfaces to control the same device we can use the property action.surfaceId as a key when storing variables.
However, surfaceId doesn't seem to be available for feedbacks, which means that we can't check feedbacks for each surface.

This is because a feedback can be being shown on multiple surfaces, so there isn't a single id to provide here.

The whole button drawing pipeline in companion is based around drawing each button once and using that one render for multiple surfaces. This may change, but unlikely to happen soon.
