Allow generic blink feedback via expression as well as variable meeting condition

It would be great to be able to have the blink feedback be triggered on an expression meeting conditions.

This would allow for more complex logic which I would see very useful for a module like that that is most likely used for creating important errors and warnings that draw the eye with blinking.

This is our use case and we would love to be able to aggregate multiple things into buttons to display warnings and errors to catch them early.
