Not getting all Source Names

Hey, i'm on Companion 3.4.3 and i use this module to control an Ultrix FR5. I have 620 Destinations and 1801 Sources in my Database.
Most of the times im missing 10 or 20 sources names in blocks of 10. It's not always the same blocks but I tried to shorten the names but that didn't help. The "number of source names returned by router" is also missing 10 or 20 sources. I need to hit the "getting names" buttons several times before all the source names appear. Any Ideas how to troubleshoot this further?

The fact that we need to be using SWP-08 in 2025 is for me mindblowing

@pomerle are you able to replicate this issue?

As far as the module goes perhaps it could be related to the handling of the TCP receive buffer.

@willosof our primary router still uses sw-p-02 so...

@phillipivan Yes, I can replicate it.

I noticed that additional to missing the names, all other names and IDs, after the missing block, are shifted by the number of missing names. But I have to verify this again next time i have access to the Ultrix.

Hey @Carusowa pomerle contributed to another issue here and works for Ross, so I was curious to see if they could also replicate it on the off chance it may be firmware related. Speaking of, what version is your ultrix running?

We haven't seen these issues but run a much smaller Ultrix.

@phillipivan I see, sorry i was a bit confused.
I had this issue with 6.1.1 and now with 6.3.

I updated to Companion 3.5.2, still the same.

Can you please share the module logs, there should be some data written to the console when messages are recieved.
