Some presets reference undefined actions/feedbacks

The preset(s) for FTB (mixEffects) reference FeedbackId.FadeToBlackIsBlack

Although the ID is defined, the feedback is not, and results in "gostream: undefined (undefined)" in Companion.

There are probably other cases like this: I didn't check (ran across this one by "accident.")
