Handle set only choices #12
Description
Setting the input to HDMI1 results in either HDMI1 or HDMI1-PC being selected (I assume dependent on the input connected). It's not possible to set the input to HDMI1-PC, just HDMI1 on the monitor I tested with.
Getting magik1969/raw-device#2 implemented would mean this could be handled within the Node module itself.
I don't actually know what your average Companion user wants, and maybe it varies by user 🤷 I could imagine any of these might be preferred for some people:
- Just one HDMI button, ORs feedback status from either HDMI1 or HDMI1-PC
- Two HDMI buttons (to show currently selected status), but pressing either sets it to HDMI1, so you might press HDMI1-PC and end up with HDMI1 selected (or vice versa)
- Select buttons (I guess just for HDMI1) and a separate currently selected readout
