Adding chapter resets broadcast title

The action "Add chapter timecode to description" resets the title of the broadcast.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start a broadcast, with title "Step 1"
2. (Re)start/refresh the YouTube Live module
3. Change the broadcast title to "Step 3"
4. Trigger the "Add chapter timecode to description" action
5. Observe that the name of the broadcast now is "Step 1" again.
