[feat] split a device in surfaces or "Window" / "SubPage"

I have a feature request. The feature is to split a device in 2 or more "Surfaces". So that the can work independent.

The idee behind is: withe the new Studio version or a XL to control a video router with more then 16 in and outputs. So you can split your device in the midle to control the inputs on the left and the outputs on the right side indipendent, espacely withe the rotaries at the new Studio version.

This is the discussions section where it is perfectly fine to discuss ideeas that may evolve into feature requests.
What you are asking is considered for a very long time and there is an idea of introducing "windows" that will allow to to put several parts of the button grid at different areas of a surface and control them individually. See #2387

Ohh a super long articel with a lot of things.

I will come back to my request. The idee of that window featur sounds good. But with a look of the current features I will break it down to a featur like "Window" or "SubPage" in the current pages. This shoud have the properties "Position" with X and Y, "Size" with withe and heighe, "Start Page" as page and maybe later the Row and Columen Offset. As functionality it will replace empty empty buttons with the button from the "SubPage". And in addition we need the internal funktion "Set SubPage" and a cherry on top "Change SubPage propertie".

I was not dive so deep inseide the core, because I write currently on my own module for my graphics control only. But I hope it fits to the current core.
