Hi. Just saw your question. It's easy. First you have to find the URL in your web browser when you go to the camera's web page and paste it in to the "Auto Tracking CGI" field. Ours is /cgi-addon/Auto_Tracking_RA-AT001/app_ctrl/ but yours might be different. You also need to enable the auto tracking feature in the module config as well. After that, you'll see a ton of AT stuff show up in the module. After setting up in the Canon Web-app, we just have a button that toggles it on and off with a feedback that we have blinking. |

I just downloaded Bitfocus Companion, and all I want to accomplish for now is have a button on my stream deck turn auto-tracking on and off for the Canon CR-N500. We have the full paid version of auto-tracking. How do you set that up? I have tried a preset (Zoom In) just to make sure that works, and no problem, that works fine. But there is no preset for turning auto-tracking on and off, and I can't figure out how to assign that to a Stream Deck button. Could anyone help me with this? (I should mention that I use the Tricaster TC Mini 4K for live streaming, and I have a stream deck connected for other actions not dependent on having Companion, but for this specific task, I was told that Companion is the way to go).
