Custom Presets

Is this a feature relevant to companion itself, and not a module?

Describe the feature

This stems from a Slack thread about presets:

• Ideally they should live in a ‘custom presets’ collection, not assigned to a button

• One option could be the ability to select a button and have a 'save as preset' option, and then all those custom presets would be in the users config.
• That config when imported could then have an additional option to 'import custom presets'
• When exporting, maybe an option just to export the presets rather than the whole config, that way they can be easily distributed to those who need them without having to share the entire config

Usecases

• Would allow users to easily create re-useable buttons without having to hack the config file.
• Would allow users to create presets that suite their specific tastes (eg color / text), which would be hard to implement on a per module basis due to variety of options
• Would allow sharing of presets with others via export

Additional request to ponder:

Have you noticed that my example presets are dynamic? It's like for each scene, for each source, for each source of a specific scene... and also with some conditions which i think only the obs module is aware of. Not sure if this would be possible on the core level.

I think this is going to be a harder ask, given this is very module specific. But potentially some way to iterate through properties (ie, every item in the "scenes" dropdown) when making custom presets seems to be the ask.
