Make internal:wait show its time in title

Is this a feature relevant to companion itself, and not a specific module?

Describe the feature

Would it be possible to make internal:wait show its value / waiting time in its title?
If this would be too risky because of quickly changing expression results I would at
least like to see fix waiting times and "Exp" in the title.

Usecases

The introduction of internal:wait has made a lot of my action lists much longer and cluttered.
With having the waiting time in the title it would at least be possible to keep the actions collapsed and still see which delays are set.

This would not be nice/clean to implement, the ui doesn't currently know what an 'internal: Wait' action is, it only knows about it as a blob of data in the same format as any other action.

This will either require some special case handling for that one action, or to define some new way of allowing any action to specify a 'defaultCollapsedName' which we could show

Would it maybe be a solution to automatically fill the "manual title" with what is written in the time field?
Or maybe "Wait" + time field.
When this title is not empty it is shown instead of 'internal:wait' in collapsed state.

No, auto-populating the actual headline value is a much harder problem, as we still need some special logic to handle updating that and would also need to make sure to not overwrite a user set value.

After doing something similar for local-variables, I did start looking at doing this, but am wondering if this can even work nicely, as these wait times can be an expression, and I'm not sure it is useful or beneficial to show those here but it seems odd to only do it for some of these actions:

Maybe it would be good enough to do this and limit it to showing a single line of the content. Or we could live compute the value, but that might not be worth the cost
