Allow module presets to create value feedbacks and use local variables #3893

Is this a feature relevant to companion itself, and not a specific module?
- I believe this to be a feature for companion, and is not specific to a module

Describe the feature
As discussed here on slack
With the newly added value feedbacks it would be logical if they could be used in presets.
To take full advantage of this, the modules will also need to be able to use local variables (as well as module variables) in presets (button text, and textinput options).
