Cherry-pick of PR bitmagnet-io#454. Adds additional well-known DHT bootstrap nodes for more reliable initial crawl. Removed less reliable entries and added vuze, bitcomet, anacrolix, and bittorrent.cloud nodes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
