Add 'dataframe' to server types

We are using datacontract cli to test our dataframes. The DataContract supports testing dataframe server types, but moving to ODCS this doesnt work anymore because 'dataframe' is not supported as server type. Therefore it would be nice to add support for this.

We could add this in to our JSON schema. I assume there wouldn't be any connection properties required for a dataframe as well so it should be simple.

That would be great, indeed no connection properties required afaik.
