The section that refers to RFC-0009b: Internal Reference Shortcuts has items not appearing on the schema definition for v3.1.0: https://bitol-io.github.io/open-data-contract-standard/latest/examples/all/full-example.odcs.yaml

I get errors in my editor using the latest standard as a result:

Looks like the example provided in the release info is not aligned to the section it is referencing (RFC-0009b). @iliev01 , can you help to update the website and use this example from the RFC instead?

With regards to the data quality rule, it is invalid.
