Screen cutoff when Configuration bar is opened

STR:

1. Connect to jira instance
2. Load issues
3. Open 'Configure' bar

Actual:
Right-handside is cut off

Expected:
As a user, I expect to have a scrollbar that allows me to see all the data on the Timeline while I play with configurations
