Remove unused text & features #133
Description
After fixing #130 on the accounts page, there is still this text and checkbox showing: "Show only paying members or company employees". This now has no function since the data isn't there any more. We also have the same data in Stripe's Dashboard, so we can safely remove this text and accompanying features.
