Abandoned project? Time to archive?

It seems that nobody involved was interested in continuing development without being paid, so no work has been completed for 6 to 7 years now.

It's only using vue 2, would need to be migrated to vue 3, and it's only half complete IIRC.

Nobody should be trying to use this, so it should be archived.
