Passphrase wraps mid-word instead of on a space separator

Steps To Reproduce

Essentially #1096 that was fixed in #2155 but only for dash separator.

This is especially confusing for space separator and wrapping of words like overhand in the middle (this is a real case typing displayed password on another device).

Expected Result

Long passphrase that does not fit in one line should be wrapped on space.

Actual Result

Long passphrase that does not fit in one line is wrapped mid-word.
