Duplicated icon in OperaGX sidebar crashes browser. #16824

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Make Bitwarden visible in OperaGX sidebar.
  2. Make sure Bitwarden is locked before starting.
  3. Unlock Bitwarden with your password.
  4. Wait for Bitwarden to lock with timeout or lock it manually.
  5. issue happens

Expected Result

No duplicated icon.
No crash when hovering over.

Actual Result

Second icon appears in the sidebar.
Browser crashes when cursor hovers over a duplicated icon.

I am not the only one with similar problem. Some user described the same issue on Opera forum.
