Description
Steps To Reproduce
- Make Bitwarden visible in OperaGX sidebar.
- Make sure Bitwarden is locked before starting.
- Unlock Bitwarden with your password.
- Wait for Bitwarden to lock with timeout or lock it manually.
- issue happens
Expected Result
No duplicated icon.
No crash when hovering over.
Actual Result
Second icon appears in the sidebar.
Browser crashes when cursor hovers over a duplicated icon.

I am not the only one with similar problem. Some user described the same issue on Opera forum.
