Remove obsolete LockScreen config from Microsoft store installation #16746

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open the Windows Settings app.
  2. Navigate to Personalization > Lock screen or go directly via this link -> ms-settings:lockscreen
  3. Under Lock screen status, Bitwarden appears as a selectable app.

Expected Result

The following entry in Package.appxmanifest/AppxManifest.xml is no longer needed:

<uap:LockScreen Notification="badgeAndTileText" BadgeLogo="assets\BadgeLogo.png" />

Bitwarden shoudn't apper as Lock screen status application.

Actual Result

Bitwarden can be selected as a lock screen status app, but the new client doesn't support live tiles on Windows 10/11.
