Add CI job to build on Solaris

The file command.c needs to include fmacros.h to enable strncasecmp
on Solaris (using _XOPEN_SOURCE), but since command.c uses alloca()
we also need __BSD_VISIBLE to be set on FreeBSD.
Because _POSIX_C_SOURCE unsets __BSD_VISIBLE and hides alloca() on
FreeBSD we can't use _POSIX_C_SOURCE on FreeBSD.
