Toggle visibility is not working in Ubuntu 24.04

Hi:

I discovered gromit and are very pleased with it, but Ctrl+F9 combination is not working in Ubuntu 24.04 or at least not as I expected: to show/hide all annotations. Am I missing something?

Edit: I just discovered it works pressing right Ctrl key... Does it has anything to do with the focus follow mouse feature?

Not that I know of, I am using focus follows mouse as well...
