Add the ability to detect "parked" or "squatted" domains

This would be instrumental for many areas of baddns. Such a domain can usually be obtained, and reliable detection would present another avenue for base domain acquisition usable by all modules.

Some parked domains, while technically available, cost an exorbitant amount of money. For this reason, this idea is on hold until a strategy for evaluating the 'obtainability' of a given domain.
