OneDrive User Enumeration

User enumeration with top statistical first and last names.

Would require:

• A helper for checking common first/last names (wordsmith dataset?)
• At least one module to detect email format
  • New EMAIL_FORMAT event (emailformat and hunterio modules could also be augmented to raise EMAIL_FORMAT)

One caveat to this method is that the OneDrive URL uses the internal username format, which is not necessarily the same as the email address. If there are other user enumeration methods, we should explore those too.
