[Request] RSS Feed

Can you please provide an rss feed so it's easier to watch what has been added.
Github provides the below rss feed already but its not very useful for this repository.

[zero77]

Both feeds are the same and they dont show much info only that a new file has been added.
It would be good to have more info like a better title and maybe description like other rss feeds have.
