Switch from Headless UI to React Aria

This doesn't have to be done now but just thinking ahead a bit, there's already a lot of awesome work done now with the amount of components that were built on top of Headless UI! React Aria is pretty much the same but with more components, hooks and utilities. This could be done in an iterative approach where we refactor 1 or 2 components per PR

I'm not opposed, but I think this is pretty low priority, and wouldn't be motivated to move until we found ourself wanting something that Headless UI doesn't offer.

Agree, not a big priority and Headless UI works for what's in the codebase right now. Maybe sometime down the road
