Caching in specified writable directory

Description

We are deploying our Laravel app on Google App Engine (GAE) but are encountering issues with caching, as the cache directory appears to be fixed to bootstrap/cache: https://github.com/blade-ui-kit/blade-icons/blob/1.x/src/BladeIconsServiceProvider.php#L81. Since GAE only allows the /tmp directory to be writable, we cannot enable caching. Is there currently a way to configure the cache directory? If not, would you be willing to accept a PR for this?
