Model: gemma4:e4b via Ollama
num_ctx: 32768 | temp: 0 | keep_alive: -1
Client: OpenCode

Warm commits land in ~3s. Cold start is longer but keep_alive=-1
fixes it after the first one.

What I'm curious about:

• What model are you running?
• Which AI client? (Cursor, Claude Code, something else?)
• Any model that surprised you — good or bad?
