Frigate Proxy Not Displaying Video with Two Way Audio in Companion App

I have configured Frigate Proxy in HA over port 5000.
I have noticed that when I try to enable Two Way audio within the Home Assistant Companion App, I get a broken video image.

I have test on my desktop through Chrome, on my Mobile (Android) through Chrome and both work.
It looks isolated to just the companion app itself.

Is there something I have done wrong here?

This also happens to me on Android. I tried on my sister's iPhone and it worked fine so it seems Android specific. Mobile web browser (and web app) work fine.

A workaround I found is enable the mic then disable audio immediately after (keeping mic on), once the stream loads with the mic you can re enable audio.

I spent a significant amount of time debugging this. The workaround is to enable "Autoplay videos" in the Companion app settings to ensure settings.mediaPlaybackRequiresUserGesture becomes false:

@DMedina559 the reason your workaround works is because muted video is always allowed to autoplay. That's a really clever workaround :D

I'm still looking for a way to fix this properly. I'll post again if I manage to open a PR somewhere with a durable fix.

I applied the "mute on startup" workaround in blakeblackshear/frigate#22494. We'll see if upstream accepts it.
