FR - Deletion progress visibility

Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why in non technical terms
I want to be able to view the progress of deletions, so that I can know how much remains.

I have 20TB NAS for cameras and it got full with 50GB left.
So I lowered retain.days for everything and now the old videos are being removed.
It already runs for like an hour and 600GB was already deleted.
That is why I'd like to have some visibility into this deletion progress, so that I can see how much will be deleted. To see if I haven't lowered it too much.

In the System Metrics->Storage we already have Earliest recording available: date
I'd suggest between Overview section and Camera Storage section new section Deletions.
There could be:

State (Deleting/Finished)
Last deletion datetime (When was the last deletion run)
Next deletion datetime (When will the next deletion run)
Progress when state=deleting (how much was already deleted and how much remains for deletion)
Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe for quicker visibility it could be in the bottom bar. But just when it is deleting and only the progress X MB of Y MB.

If you need to know the progress of file deletion, you first have to traverse all the files, get their sizes, and then calculate the time required. In cases with a large number of files, this can significantly increase the time it takes to delete them. This is also why deleting files is so slow on Windows.

In SQL we have the segment size and timestamps, so theoretically we could calculate the amount of storage freed by adjusting the retention period. But that gets very complicated when you consider that some segments would still be saved due to review activity which makes it much more difficult to calculate.

Also, it is not so much "deletion progress" as that happens on startup and there is nowhere in the UI to view such things currently. It is possible we could show this in the recordings config page when the full config UI is implemented, but that still may be too complicated. At some point we will have a common tasks page that will allow manually running recording cleanup

Just to clarify, my setup is not on Windows, it is on proxmox hypervizor with truenas vm and frigate vm, where the frigate has nfs mount to truenas. But I understand that cleaning 600+GB of data will take some time.

Also, I don't think there needs to be exact size of files to be deleted. Getting sizes beforehand is computationaly really expensive. However when you are gettings list of files to be deleted (i guess from sqlite), are you just deleting on the path you are given from db? Or are you creating some file handle to check if the file still exist? Because if you already have a handle, you could get size of the file being deleted for free. So I think having number of files already deleted + number of all files in the list to be deleted + already deleted size, from this you could extrapolate how much will most probably be deleted and I think that is plenty information.

No, we just use the path in the DB and delete. So this would not be reusable
