ECMWF IFS 'scda' steps

I was exploring the IFS 'scda' (short cut-off high-resolution forecast, atmospheric fields) and noticed that prior to 2024-11-12 it is only available out to fxx=90, consistent with [1]. But starting 2024-11-12 06:00, it is available out to fxx=144, which is more consistent with the steps described in [2].

Maybe this could eventually be noted here https://herbie.readthedocs.io/en/stable/gallery/ecmwf_models/ecmwf.html#Products, but I thought I'd share it here first.

I just realized that IFS 'oper' was extended from max fxx=240 to fxx=360 that same day for the 12z run. More details here williamhobbs/hefty#7.
