ECMWF IFS 50r2, GRIB2 planned paramater name changes

ECMWF is migrating to GRIB edition 2, and a number of parameter names will change next year (Q2 2027):

For example, I use 100m wind speed, and it looks like it will change from 100u and 100v at level sfc to u and v at level 100.
