It should be possible to use folders for better organizing and smaller thumbnails on insert into page view

It should be possible to organize images in folders to increase the usability of this great extension.
When @ insert image on page the thumbnails are so big, if you would have like 50 images It would become unusable , I suggest a 100x100 image size or smaller with a smaller font caption for the title of the image.

In case there ar folders it should just list the foldernames first, when clicking on any of them it would show the images in that folder.

Or better provide the imagge selection in a popup with scrollable toolbar for far better usability. If you really want to go fancy you could add an upload button there also + search functionality but those last 2 are just some suggestions not really essential.

I have to admit, I like the un-fancy aspect of this extension- paperclipped is the fancy version.
