🐛Bug Report 🐛

Description

Login stuck in an infinite loop (4.101.2)

Expected Behavior

I expected to login.

Reproduction Steps

Tried to login in V4 wallet (version V 4.101.2). Correct password, e-mail authorization worked and inputed correct 2FA. Login was just stuck after the correct 2FA numbers were inputed, when it was expected to conclude login and show the wallet.

Screenshots/Logs

What happens is the circle inside the login button keeps pulsing like it is doing something but the login never happens, like in an infinite loop.;

Additional Information

OS: Windows 10.
Browser: Google Chrome version 129.0.6668.59

Sent a support ticket to blockchain.com, they asked to clear cache, update chrome use incognito mode. Did all that, still no login.

It appears to be happening from a few months now, found a complaint about this from 10 months ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/BitcoinBeginners/comments/186ecd6/my_wallet_is_stuck_in_the_loading_screen/

When trying to login in version 5.0.49 it appears I was able to login (inputed correct password, authorized with email and correct 2FA) but after all that I got a message that my wallet can't use this version (I don't remember the exact words, it mentioned legacy wallet), so I got redirected to V 4.101.2 where the login doesn't work.

UPDATE:

I've also tried to login using MS edge, did not worked.

In Edge the Console shows the following alerts in red:

  • Refused to execute inline script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src-elem
  • Refused to apply inline style because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "style-src
  • Unable to download payment manifest
  • Failed to load resource, server responded with a status of 500 ()
  • Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Tt.SHA256 is not a function

No other tab had any alert.

UPDATE 2:

I've tried to login from different PC from google incognito mode, using a totally different network connection and ISP and it still doesn't work.

Got a lote of "Refused to execute inline script" due to CSP directives. Also one "Refused to apply inline style" also due to CSP directives.

Also got a lot of "Refused to connect to '' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "connect-src 'none'"",

Got one "Refused to create a worker from" also due to CSP.

I'm not a dev but this appears that this is not a user-side issue but a server/hosting/CND issue or somethink like that.

Blockchain.com support is asking for console screenshots, I wonder if it is safe to deliver it to them.
