Blockchain.com - Cant send from my legacy wallet.

I have Bitcoin in a Legacy wallet on Blockchain.com. When I log in I go to settings/ Wallets and addresses/ Imported Bitcoin Addresses where my wallet is listed. I click on "send" and a new window opens up but it does not have anything in it apart from "Send" at the top.

I have moved some from this legacy address recently (July) without an issue but now it will not let me send from this wallet ?

I had no problems with the old Blockchain.com interface but this new one has issues.,

I am currenlty going round and round in circles with Blockchain CS (try different browsers, icognito, clear cookies) all with the same result the send button does not allow me to send!

Has anyone else had this problem and found a workaround?
