Address Reuse

• Address reuse can be done if merchant has bot changed destination wallet
• Address reuse avoid uncessary address generation and Gap limit problems
• Address can be reuse if no payments has been received in three days

The problem is that if incoming callbacks to shop are not going through (500 status etc due to cloudfare). Then this might result in problems
