Engineer's report appears to still be able to see hidden variants of a part, and report the dimensions of said part as the dimensions of it's largest variant, regardless of which one is actually selected. This occurs even if that particular variant is permanently disabled through the use of ModuleB9DisableTransform.
An example of this issue occuring can be seen here.
This is apparently not something that can be solved in B9PS, and will probably require KSPCF intervention to fix, but I'm not sure where to put the issue.
