You're possibly missing some mod's dependencys, like community resource pack, or some other installation erros. I'd recommend using CKAN to install mods, as it will take care of dependencys and prevent errors like this.

i used ckan for all my mods, im just removing mods until it works

I just got this error today. And I use CKAN for all installs.

I think I found the problem... it's with Psi Wedge mod.... it's parts for the buffalo mods.
