help: llvmlite (v0.36.0) was included because your-repo (v0.1.0) depends on tsfresh (v0.21.1) which depends on stumpy (v1.10.2) which depends on numba (v0.53.1) which depends on llvmlite

Hi @paul-civitas! Thanks for the issue.
I am not sure yet why the happens, but to me this looks like a bug/incorrectness in uv - because there does exist a package combination that works fine with python 3.11+.
tsfresh does not have any upper bound on stumpy (code) - or actually not any upper bound to any package for this matter. So there is no reason why uv can not install one of the later versions of stumpy, which would also allow later versions of numba (and llmvlite and therefore python).

Indeed, if you just "tell" uv about this, it works fine:

 uv venv -p 3.13 && source .venv/bin/activate && uv pip install tsfresh "stumpy>1.10.2"

I think I was able to bring this down to a minimal reproducible example, which is independent of tsfresh:
If you create a requirements.txt with the content

numpy
stumpy>=1.7.2

and try to install from it using uv it fails to resolve the correct version.
But if you "help" it with the right version

numpy==2.3.5
stumpy>=1.7.2

it now works (although the first and the second requirements file should resolve in the same versions). Might be something to forward to the uv team?
(interestingly, this "bug" is only shown when installing from a requirements file or via secondary dependencies like when installing tsfresh. It works fine directly from the command line...)
