Describe how to replicate the issue

URL query parameters in the output of list are separated by \u0026, rather than &, due to overly aggressive escaping. The URLs are unusable in this form, resulting in errors such as: invalid start: parsing time "" as "2006-01-02T15:04:05Z07:00": cannot parse "" as "2006".
