Support for aac_latm (HE-AACv2) audio codec

Describe the feature

As I can see in Issue #1068 You added support for HE-AAC audio codec.
Now I have a case where I need to stream aac_latm (HE-AACv2) audio (HEVC H.265 DVB-T2 UDP transport stream).
MediaMTX output:

WAR [path HTV1] [UDP source] skipping track 2 (unsupported codec)
WAR [path HTV1] [UDP source] skipping track 3 (unsupported codec)

With ffmpeg I recorded a sample of MPEG-TS (DVB-T2) and analysed with ffprobe:

Stream #0:10x101: Audio: aac_latm (HE-AACv2) ([17][0][0][0] / 0x0011), 48000 Hz, stereo, fltp (clean effects)

Same problem.

I see it exists in the mediacommon pkg
