Scope builder: Bluesky permission set `authFullApp` has wrong `aud` for video upload

Trying to upload a video to social-app fork that has granular oauth with `include:app.bsky.authFullApp?aud=did:web:api.bsky.app%23bsky_appview` fails with error:
