Accepting Terms and Conditions when starting up an ozone service

Hi there,

I remember when I logged into my ozone service through the UI for the first time to set it up, there was a Terms and Conditions that I had to accept in order to move forward. I was trying to find this again, and I was wondering if anybody knew where I could find this.
