In the External Labeler settings, accounts show up that aren't labelers

To reproduce:

1. Configure
2. Scroll down to the "External Labeler" subheading
3. In the "Labeler DID" input box, search for Blacksky
4. Every Blacksky-related account shows up, when only labelers (for this example, only Blacksky Moderation) should show up in the list
5. Rudy is selected first, not a labeler

Also, it'd probably be helpful to make labeler profile pictures square in this menu like it is in the Bluesky client.
